TICKET INFORMATIONSupporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.
The Everton Fan Centre will be open 10am-4pm on Wednesday 6 April to deal with any ticketing queries. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for support.
Supporters who have ticketing issues on the day of the game should report to Ticket Collection point in the Elite Training Centre, opposite the North Stand. Anyone collecting duplicate tickets is strongly advised to take Photo ID with them to avoid any issues. Duplicates will be available for collection from 5.30pm on Wednesday.
HELP AND SUPPORTThere will also be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to assist supporters at the stadium.

Supporters are advised that following the removal of the Government’s Plan B restrictions, there are no longer COVID-19 measures or spot-checks in place.
Fans are no longer required to offer evidence of their COVID status in order to gain entrance. However, we encourage fans to take a lateral flow test before attending games, to protect yourself and other supporters.
We also strongly advise all supporters aged 11 or over, in line with Government advice, to bring a face-covering to wear in all indoor areas and while on the stadium concourse, other than when eating or drinking, or if exempt.
Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain under matchday COVID regulations at all times and will not be able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game.
STADIUM INFORMATIONAway supporters are located in multiple blocks of the Barnfield Construction Stand.
Entry to turnstiles for away supporters open at 1.30pm – Entrance P, Turnstiles 48-55.
Food and beverages are available on all concourses and only cashless methods of payment are accepted.
The Burnley security team will be conducting bag checks as per stadium regulations and all supporters are strongly advised to arrive early to allow extra time for the additional COVID checks.
If you travel on an organised supporters' coach, it will drop you off near the away turnstiles.
Car parking facilities are not available on-site for visiting supporters, but there are several within walking distance. Please note - Harry Potts Way will be closed from 1pm.
Flags or banners are not permitted in the stadium.

Accessible informationThe accessible entrance for visiting supporters who are wheelchair users is entrance B1. Supporters located in this area receive seat service from Burnley catering staff.
Level access facilities are provided for supporters who have purchased a ticket to use the accessible platform. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet but please note this does not have a changing places facility inside.
If you need to use the changing places facility, please email Burnley in advance for more information.
Audio headsets are available on request from the clarets store, or they can be delivered to your seat if requested in advance. Please note this is a radio feed to the in-house commentary team.

TRAVEL INFORMATIONPlease be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans.
By CarFrom the East: Exit M65 at junction 12 and follow signs to ‘Burnley North A682,’ over two roundabouts and into Colne Road. After 1.5 miles, turn left at the lights into Casterton Avenue. After another half mile, go straight on at another roundabout, follow signs for ‘Rochdale A6114,’ into Eastern Avenue. After 1.5 miles, you will be on Belvedere Road and the stadium is there.
From the West: Exit M65 motorway at junction 9 (Signposted Halifax A679) and turn right at the first roundabout, over the motorway. Go to the second roundabout and take a left, still following signs for Halifax and onto Accrington Road. After ¾ of a mile, go right at the traffic lights into Rossendale Road. Follow for another 1.5 miles and then go straight on through the traffic lights into Glen View Road. After another mile, turn left into Todmorden Road, where you will find Turf Moor at the foot of the hill.
From the North and South: Exit M6 at Junction 29 and onto the M65. Exit the M65 at junction 10 and follow signs for ‘Towneley Hall.’ This road eventually goes past Turf Moor.
By Train The nearest station is Burnley Manchester Road. From here, exit the station and walk down Centenary Way, from where Turf Moor is clearly visible. When you reach the roundabout at the end of the road, turn right onto Yorkshire Street, which becomes Harry Potts Way. The ground is on your left hand side. From Burnley Central, follow signs for the town centre and then head left towards the Bingo Hall. You will see the bus station, and take the underground footpath and then head under the aqueduct onto Yorkshire Street and towards Harry Potts Way and you can see the stadium directly in front of you on the left.
By BusThe Bus Station is situated relatively close to the ground, just off Centenary Way. Leave the station and head towards the Bingo Hall opposite. Use the underground footpath and then head under the aqueduct onto Yorkshire Street and follow the instructions from above and you will see Turf Moor right in front of you on the left.
ParkingMost of the surrounding streets have parking restrictions on a matchday, so it is advisable for supporters to use the following car parks:
Burnley Cricket Club, Belvedere Road, Burnley BB10 4BN. Advantage: Approximately a two-minute walk (local charge please contact the Cricket Club)
Various Townley Park car parks, on site at Townley Hall park, Burnley, BB11 3RQ. Capacity: 200 cars Advantage: Close to ground, 10-minute walk, illuminated. Prepay at machine.
Charter Walk, Curzon Square, Brown Street, Burnley, BB11 1PX. Capacity: 500 cars Advantage: Town centre location, close to all the shops and fast-food outlets. Eight-minute walk from the stadium, pay on exit.
Burnley Borough Council, Various but main one at Centenary Way, Burnley, BB11 2HE. Capacity is 100 cars, Close to stadium, new car park, secure, well lit, prepay at machine. Five-minute walk from stadium.
Manchester Road Rail Station, up to 50 cars. 15-minute walk to stadium - pre-pay at machine.

Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.
Concourse Anti-Social behaviour: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing) within Club concourses. This results in many fellow Evertonians' social activity at half-time ruined by the actions of a small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.
