Jacob Beaumont-Clark - Forward

On 9th July 2024, Everton announced that midfielder Jacob Beaumont-Clark had signed his first professional contract, penning a two-year deal until the end of June 2026.

Jacob joined the Blues Academy as an Under-11, progressing through the ranks at Finch Farm, before debuting for Everton Under-21s during the 2023-2024 season.

Beaumont-Clark also featured in 18 league games for the Under-18s in 2023-2024, recording four goals and three assists.

After signing his maiden professional deal, he stated: “I’m over the moon, it’s everything I have been working towards. It’s a very proud moment for me and my family. At Everton I feel like I have really developed as a player but also as a person. Everton really teach you that, on and off the pitch – I am pleased with my development.”

“Last season there were a lot of ups and downs for me personally, I never had my best season but I still contributed to the team and playing at Goodison Park in the Youth Cup was a real highlight for me and the boys.”

Beaumont-Clark describes himself as “an exciting and direct player” who “likes to create and score goals”. Having now signed his first pro deal, the teenager is desperate to keep building with the hope of impressing Under-21s Head Coach Paul Tait and Senior Team manager Sean Dyche.

“I want to try to get as many goals and assist as possible, finish high up in the league with the Under-21s, but also train with the Senior Team to try to get my debut,” he added.

“I want to go on and do great things for the Club, hopefully get that chance to play at Goodison Park, but also at the new stadium that’s being built. It looks really good so I’d love to get a chance to play there.”

Everton Director of Football, Kevin Thelwell, said: “Jacob is one of several young players who we have rewarded with a new deal and he fully deserves it. He’s been with the Club since he was 11, worked extremely hard each year, and progressed well. We look forward to seeing him continue his progression.”

Contracted until: June 2026
