An Everton Academy graduate, Macy Settle made her debut at just 16-years-old when she started in the League Cup encounter with Liverpool in December 2023.

She would go onto make two further appearances in the 2023/24 season, including a debut in the Women's Super League in the final stages against Arsenal in April 2024.
