TICKET INFORMATION
Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.
Supporters who have ticketing issues should visit the away collection point at Selhurst Park. This can be located on the corner of the Arthur Wait stand at the top of Park Road next to entrance 4 and will open from 6pm. Supporters collecting pre-arranged duplicate tickets are advised to take photo ID with them when collecting.
HELP AND SUPPORT
The Everton Fan Centre phone lines will be open until 5pm on matchday and can be contacted on 0151 556 1878.
There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the stadium to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION
Everton fans will be located in blocks U-R and should use turnstiles 5-6 which will open from 6pm.
Supporters are advised to arrive in good time to accommodate routine security checks at the turnstiles upon arrival. Please note, sniffer dogs are positioned at every turnstile and supporters found to be in possession of illegal substance, or pyrotechnics will be dealt with by the Metropolitan Police.
Visiting supporters can buy refreshments from the away Fan Zone located in the main car park by entrance 10 which opens two hours before kick-off.
To help reduce queues, the majority of food and drink outlets inside Selhurst Park and the Fan Zone are now cashless.
Supporters can bring a bag, small enough to fit under your seat, into the stadium, subject to a full search at the turnstiles. Alternatively, luggage can be left for free at the Information Centre which is located at Entrance 9. The Information Centre is open from three hours prior to kick-off until 30 minutes after the final whistle. Uncollected items are taken to the Main Reception.
ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION:
Accessible turnstiles open from 6pm and supporters are advised that searches are carried out by Crystal Palace stewarding staff will take place upon entry.
Accessible toilets are available throughout the stadium and there is a changing places facility in close proximity to the accessible viewing platform in the Lower Holmesdale Road Stand.
A member of staff will visit you in your location to take your refreshments order and deliver it directly to you. Alternatively, there are bars and kiosks nearby with lowered sales counters and lap trays available for wheelchair users on request.
Audio commentary is available throughout the stadium for supporters who are partially sighted or blind.
Anyone wishing to use the audio descriptive commentary service should pre-book through dlo@cpfc.co.uk, requests on the day of the game may be accommodated subject to availability, please locate the nearest steward for assistance.
There are 16 parking bays available to disabled supporters in the Sainsbury’s car park which is located directly next to the stadium. These are available on a first come, first serve basis and can only be occupied on the production of a valid blue badge.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Please be advised to check all travel routes prior to travelling to the game due to any unforeseen travel circumstances.
By Road: Approaching from the North:
Take the M1 or M40 onto the M25 (towards Heathrow & Gatwick airports) At Junction 7 turn off and head North along the M23 (signposted Croydon & Central London). The M23 will become the A23, after 4-5 miles (Purley), you will reach a large Tesco's superstore on your right-hand side, turn left into the one-way system and continue to follow signs for A23 Central London.
After 3-4 miles (passing through several sets of traffic lights and a warehouse trading estate) you will come onto the Lombard roundabout. Take the 2nd exit into Thornton Road. After 3/4 of a mile, you will reach a second roundabout.
Take the 4th exit left onto Brigstock Road. Follow Brigstock Road until you come to another Tesco's on your left-hand side, the road will bear round to the right into Thornton Heath High Street. Go to the end of the High Street where you will come onto a mini roundabout, with the Prince George Public House on your left. Turn left into Whitehorse Lane.
Continue along Whitehorse Lane, you will go through a set of pedestrian controlled lights and as you come to the set of traffic lights you will see traffic wardens who will turn you right into Park Road. Travel up Park Road until you are directed to stop by other traffic wardens. Passengers must not unload anywhere else.
Approaching from the South or East:
M25 to Junction 7, turn off and head North along the M23 (signposted Croydon & Central London). Then follow the directions shown above.
Approaching from the West:
Take either the M3, M4 or M40 onto the M25 (towards Gatwick airport). At Junction 7, turn off and head North along the M23 (signposted Croydon & Central London). Then follow the directions shown above.
Alternative Route:
Take the M1 onto the M25 and follow it round clockwise sign posted towards Dartford, continue over the Dartford Crossing and exit the M25 at J6 go around the roundabout and follow the signs for Croydon A22.
Continue along the A22 until you go underneath a railway bridge with the large Tesco’s superstore on your left-hand side. Follow the directions for the A23 Central London (then continue as per the directions above) This is a longer route, but you’ll avoid all the roadworks.
The local authority has introduced a Healthy Neighborhood scheme and three ANPR cameras will be in place to restrict vehicles using Holmesdale Road and Elm Park Road, please see the map showing where they have been located.
Parking:
There is no available parking at the stadium and are strict parking regulations in operation on the streets immediately surrounding the stadium. Local parking enforcement will be in operation and supporters who do not adhere to the relevant restrictions run the risk being issued with a fine along with the possibility of having their vehicle removed/relocated by Croydon Council.
Rail: The nearest stations to Selhurst Park are Selhurst, Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath, all of which are within 15 minutes’ walk of the stadium. Selhurst and Thornton Heath stations have step free access to all platforms. Norwood Junction has step free access to Platform 1 for northbound stopping services only; there is no step free access to platforms 2-6. Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and police. Away clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items is liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.
Pitch Encroachment: Encroachment on the playing surface is dangerous and any supporter who does access the pitch without permission will face strong sanctions that could include a ban from attending matches across the country. It is a criminal offence to enter the pitch and the real-life consequences for these actions have been felt by many with some fans receiving criminal records which can impact employment, education prospects and international travel.
Anti-Social or Criminal Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on the concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case of more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent nationwide stadium ban.
The Club is compelled to work with the authorities to identify any individuals who take part in such unacceptable behaviour.
CCTV is available to clubs and law enforcement authorities and can be used as evidence in enforcing bans and criminal prosecution in the days and weeks after any incident has occurred, regardless of whether any perpetrators have been detained on a matchday or not.
