The central midfielder was the youngest member of the Everton under-18s squad that won the Dallas Cup in March 2016, a month before his 16th birthday.
Born in Macclesfield, Denny joined Everton as an 11-year-old and was one of 14 academy graduates taken on full-time by Everton in the summer of 2016.
The youngster, who cites Gareth Barry and Yaya Touré among his midfield role models, has impressed with his energy and intelligence on the ball in an under-18s side coached by Kevin Sheedy.
Alex came on as a late substitute to make his senior debut when Everton travelled to Apollon Limassol for their final Europa League group game in December 2017. Alex signed a new 1 year deal with Everton on 17th July 2018 keeping him at the club until June 2019.
