Magill Looking To Maintain Unbeaten StartSimone Magill is looking forward to returning to WSL 2 action after a month long break. Simone Magill is determined to help Everton maintain their unbeaten start to the FA Women’s Super League 2 season when they travel to Watford on Sunday. The Blue Girls have won four of their opening six league matches and head into the weekend two points behind pacesetters Yeovil Town with a game in hand. With the action set to resume after a month-long break, the 21-year-old Northern Ireland forward is keen for Everton to pick up where they left off. “The break can be hard because we were in a flow,” said Magill, who has scored five goals in eight games this season. “But we’ve had time to go away, reflect on things to do better, go to the training ground and work and against Watford hopefully we can get things back quickly and push on. “We have not been beaten so far this season and that instils massive confidence and desire to keep that run going, if we don’t get beaten we will be at the right end of the table.” The teams have already met this term, Everton triumphed 3-0 in April’s meeting at the Select Security Stadium but Magill is taking nothing for granted ahead of the reverse fixture at Berkhamsted. “We’ll take each game as it comes, there’s no easy game in this league so we can’t underestimate any team.” “We have played them once and we beat them so we must go in confident and build on what we have done and come away with three points. “Hopefully we get the three points and then we will look at the next game, we can’t get ahead of ourselves we need to keep our heads switch on and stay focused.”
