As a few times before, I don't completely agree! I would love some silverware so that we can bask in the short term glory that brings, whilst recognising that the highest possible league position is what drives us forward. Previous to this season, I'd have said we have to be in the League as competitive as possible, but we could never win it because of all the money at City, Chelsea and Arsenal (not that Wenger ever spends it). But Leicester have proved us all wrong on that front. Nevertheless, I do now accept RM should go, and for me it is about 'when' not 'if'. It's cool to disagree. I've never craved silverware. Winning silverware is great, but it's not a deal breaker and I've never been a glory hunter. I love Everton for their genuine competitive spirit, and that has vanished under Martinez, which is why I want him to leave most of all. Moyes had the players fighting even if they weren't the best players, and although there were periods when we were poor, he left Martinez a spirited side, and Martinez has dissolved that. I actually don't like him, and find him to be a bit of a confidence trickster. I think you've summed it up there Avinalaff. It would be good for both Everton & Martinez if we parted, preferably if he went to Spain; at least I wouldn't be able to understand the 'bullsh*t' if it were in Spanish.

Good read Ross but no cigar this time unless you plan to poke the unbearable one in the eye with it.
