Football - Sunderland v Fulham - Moussa Dembele of Fulham with Jack Rodwell of Sunderland Everton have long been linked with a move for Moussa Dembele, and they are said to have renewed that interest today. The Blues are said to fancy a move for the Fulham schemer, but the young Frenchman is said to be attracting interest from a number of clubs, including Lille and Genoa. The Blues, meanwhile are said to hope to full off a move for the former PSG man, who moved to London in 2012. The 19-year-old is very highly rated at Craven Cottage, and he's one of a number of players who they are determined to keep hold of this summer. It's reported that Everton have the advantage over Lille and Genoa when it comes to transfer fee and wages, but both the Italian and French club could offer Dembele first team football. The report indicates that Dembele must now choose between his preference to stay in English football and first-team football elsewhere. Echo

Good player by all accounts but I want a player who is going to play in the first team this season.

Shaqiri linked again too. Is dembele a playmaker? Both sound more like mirallas types than playmakers to me.

Everton are ready to break the bank to sign Celtic striker Moussa Dembele Despite him only costing Celtic £400,000 it appears Everton could once again break their transfer record. Rumours that he's been spotted at Finch Farm may be a little premature, but watch this space.

Good player by all accounts but I want a player who is going to play in the first team this season. I got a feeling that we're looking for a direct replacement for Lukaku. He could be the one. Sandro will probably play as an inside forward (sorry for the Football Manager speak) and come off the wing to join up with our main striker. All a bit of a guess, of course.
