 Chris Long and John Lundstram have extended their loan deals at Brentford and Scunthorpe respectively. They will remain with their loan clubs until the end of the season. Striker Long joined Championship promotion-chasers Brentford in January and has scored four goals in nine appearances. A minor injury kept him out of the Bees’ 2-2 draw with Bolton at the weekend. Lundstram’s spell at League One Scunthorpe has also been extended until the end of this campaign. The Iron are the midfielder’s third loan club this season, following spells at Blackpool and Leyton Orient. Most recently, Lundstram helped Scunthorpe to a 2-2 draw away at Colchester as they eased any relegation fears. |
