Full-back Gethin Jones has today made a loan move to League Two side Plymouth Argyle. Welshman Jones, who made his Everton debut in the Europa League home clash against FC Krasnodar back in December, will now spend the rest of the campaign in Devon. The Pilgrims are at the head of a queue of clubs looking to gatecrash the play-off picture, sitting in eighth, just a point off Newport County one place above them. John Sheridan’s side have come into indifferent form this month after a strong February that saw them pick up four wins from five games, including a 3-1 win over rivals Exeter City. But since then they have won just once in their last six outings. Jones, currently away on international duty with Wales Under-21s, will miss Saturday's clash with Cheltenham Town but could be in line to make his Argyle debut against league leaders Burton Albion.
