Everton supporters travelling to Chelsea to cheer on the Blues next month will benefit from reduced price tickets. The Club have moved to subsidise £10 of the cost of an adult ticket and £5 of a concessionary ticket for the Premier League trip to Stamford Bridge as a way of thanking fans for their unwavering and loyal support on the road this season. The fantastic backing Roberto Martinez’s side have received this term was evident on Tuesday evening when almost 3,000 Blues followed the team to east London for the FA Cup third-round replay against West Ham United. Everton CEO Robert Elstone said: “The level of backing the team receives for away fixtures is a source of enormous pride for everybody associated with the Club. “That support was at its best at Upton Park. It makes a difference. It gets noticed. And we are delighted to be able to say thank you." The Premier League match away at Chelsea takes place on Wednesday 11 February with a 7.45pm kick-off. In total, Everton have received an allocation of 3,032 tickets, with seats now costing £45 for adults and £18.50 for concessions – rather than the face value price of £55 and £23.50. Tickets for the Chelsea away fixture go on sale to 2014/15 Season Ticket holders with six-plus Premier League credits from the 2014/15 season on Monday 19 January at 8am.
