I did a very quick search on the site and I've noticed that there's no mention of his Rabona goal. I must admit it's up there with one of the all time greatest goals scored in football. I usually see that trick done to put crosses in but to actually shoot and score...amazing!

I don't know if it's one of the greatest goals though? I can see the trickery but don't understand why he would have used his other foot as it wasn't like he was under pressure. Clever goal maybe but not greatest.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree (although I'm right) . No, I do personally think it's a great goal especially as he some how he bends it.

I agree with both in that it was a great goal but not the greatest goal of all time by a long shot. If he had miskicked it he'd have looked a bit foolish though. I miss the trickery and it gets stamped out in our country. Remember when Ronaldo first went to man u and he was showing off? Ferguson told him to knock it off which is a pity as some of the tricks he had up his sleeve were exactly the kind of things that fans want to see. Football is not just a sport but a spectacle.
