TICKET INFORMATION
Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.
The Fan Centre phone lines will be open on Wednesday 27 September 10am to 4pm to deal with any ticket enquiries on the day of the game. Please call 0151 556 1878 for assistance.
Supporters who have ticketing issues after this time should visit the away ticket kiosk at Villa Park. The away ticket kiosk is located on Whitton Lane and will be open from 6.15pm. Supporters who are collecting duplicate match tickets are advised to take photo ID when collecting.

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the Stadium to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION
Visiting supporters are located in the Upper and Lower North Stand area of the stadium for this fixture.
Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off. Supporters are encouraged to arrive at the stadium early to assist with security checks at the turnstiles. The North stand is Aston Villa’s oldest stand and has the fewest number of turnstiles therefore allowing additional time for stadium entry is strongly recommended.
Bags will be subject to security checks as determined by stadium staff in their reasonable discretion. Fans with medical bags or items they must carry with them must be searched. There are no luggage storage facilities available at Villa Park and small bags can be taken into the stadium but where possible need to be no larger than A4 in size.
Villa Park is a cashless stadium. Facilities in both the Upper and Lower North stand are limited, it is advised to purchase food in the concession stands outside the stadium before entering.
Accessible Information
Please note, wheelchair users are located in the rear of the Trinity Road stand in blocks C9 and C8.
There are numerous accessible toilets in the concourses, please contact a steward if you need access. Q block accessible toilet located in the concourse area and two additional accessible toilets located within the accessible entrance.

Visually impaired spectators can have free access to match commentary provided via earpieces that can be used from anywhere within the visiting supporter’s section. Please contact your nearest steward to request a headset or email accessibility@avfc.co.uk in advance of the fixture.
Accessible parking for visiting supporters is available in the away coach park. Away clubs are sent an allocation of permits which need to be purchased in advance from Everton. Please note that accessible parking cannot be purchased on the day of the game.

By Road
Please note that in the interest of pedestrian safety, a traffic exclusion zone (TEZ) is imposed around Villa Park on match days to exclude vehicles on the following roads:
Witton Lane from the junction with Aston Hall Road to the traffic island at Witton Road, and Trinity Road between Nelson Road and Witton Lane. The zone is in operation from two hours prior to kick off to approximately 30-60 minutes after the final whistle. The precise timing is dependent upon traffic and pedestrian movement on the affected roads.
Residents’ parking zones are in operation on match days. It is strongly advised that all supporters use official car parks and avoid parking in residential areas. You will avoid the parking fine of £60 which you will incur for parking within the residents’ zones.
Directions from the North West or South West: Leave the M6 at Junction 7 and follow signs for Birmingham A34. After passing Alexandra Stadium stay in the nearside lane and leave the main carriageway.
Official parking sites on the north side of the stadium include Birchfield School and Broadway School.
Directions from the North East or South East: Travelling via Salford Junction / Lichfield Road: Leave the M6 at Junction 6 signposted A38.
Official parking sites include the Power League and Aston Social Club.
