Niels Nkounkou has joined St Etienne on a permanent basis from Everton. The French club have completed the transfer after triggering the clause they placed in the agreement to take the defender on loan back in January. They confirmed the news on Thursday evening. I thought he had good potential. Never really given a chance , looks like another LB is now a priority or are we going down the same road as this season with no real back up?

I think he is a decent defender, and the club milked the Ukraine angle for a while which I had mixed feelings about, but not too long ago, we had loads of LB's, and let them all go, which was daft.
