The Premier League is the richest league in the world, with clubs dropping hundreds of millions - and even billions - each time the transfer window opens to strengthen their squad.
A multi-billion pound TV deal has helped propel transfer fees in the Premier League to heights never seen before, with the best players in the world coming to England to showcase their talents.
Meanwhile, there is even more cash on offer for teams who qualify for the Champions League or the Europa League as well as the huge sponsorship deals which help finance each of the top 20 teams in the country.
But which teams are using that money the best? And who is wasting the talent at their disposal?
