David Moyes has been given the chance to end his Manchester United hangover and save his reputation as David Beckham wants him to manage his new MLS franchise in Miami.
The Daily Mail reports that Beckham has offered up the idea among third party sources in the hope of convincing the ex-Manchester United and Everton man away from management in Europe and take charge over in the States.
Moyes, 51, who is currently taking a break from football, is all too familiar with Florida where he already owns a home and is currently spending some time on holiday, after being seen at the England friendly against Ecuador last Wednesday, where Beckham was also in attendance.
Beckham, who trained under Moyes when he was only a teenager on loan at Preston in 1995, still holds the Scotsman in high regard despite his disastrous 10-month spell in charge at Old Trafford, and feels he is the right man to take the reigns with his new franchise.
Moyes has said he is excited about the prospect of managing abroad should the opportunity arise, but that he will use his time off to travel and decide on his future should that not happen.
However, Beckham's Miami team will not be able to play in the MLS until 2017, as he is still waiting for approval. Nevertheless, Becks wants his coaching staff in place as soon as possible as he hopes to make an immediate impact and challenge for trophies.
The question is whether Moyes, who has supposedly already been offered five jobs since leaving Manchester United, would want to wait three years to reunite himself with management or look for a quicker solution.

He should get back on the horse and find a job in the Premier league. Becks is taking the piss.
