Evertonians can catch all the action from Saturday's trip to Southampton in the more familiar surroundings of Goodison Park. The away allocation for the game at St. Mary's Stadium (12.45pm kick-off) has now sold out, but there is another way of following the game amongst fellow fans. Every minute of the match will be screened in the stylish 1878 Brasserie and for only £12 per person, supporters can also enjoy a meal and a drink. Alternatively, groups of fans can secure a place in one of the stadium’s executive boxes to enjoy the game with family and friends for only £15 per person. To book your seat, call the Events team on 0151 530 5250 or email events@evertonfc.com.

Bloody ridiculous time to start a game 250 mile away. We are picking up injuries at the business end of the season now so what will it be like if we were still in the cups plus a European match every week?

TEAM NEWSYoungsters Sam Gallagher and Harrison Reed may feature again for Saints after the pair made substitute appearances in the goalless draw at Aston Villa. But long-term absentees Jay Rodriguez, Kelvin Davis and Maya Yoshida remain unavailable for selection. Everton forward Kevin Mirallas will miss the rest of the season after suffering a groin injury against Manchester United on Sunday. And centre-back Sylvain Distin is also out with a hamstring complaint. MATCH PREVIEWEverton need to be keep cool, clear heads now after the emotion-spinning events of the last 10 days. It started with the costly home defeat by Crystal Palace followed by the atmospheric win over Manchester United, then culminated in the sacking of former boss David Moyes at Old Trafford. Successor Roberto Martinez knows absolute focus is needed if the Toffees are to qualify for the Champions League. What a contrast there is between Martinez and Moyes right now. All of the Scotsman's work over the years at Goodison Park will be eclipsed if the Spaniard can steer the Blues into Europe's elite. It would be quite a feat, but they may need to win all three remaining games to achieve it. The big question at St Mary's will be whether Southampton's players have anything left in the tank. The injury to Jay Rodriguez and the demands of a superb season of well-crafted possession football seem to have taken a toll in recent games. They've bossed possession in all but four league games this season. That's a phenomenal effort. But there was no cutting edge in the home defeat by Cardiff or stalemate at Aston Villa. It's nearly five hours since they scored from open play. Tired legs and minds are now leaving them with a jaded look and Everton, on the back of eight league wins in nine games, are still hungry enough to take advantage. The injury to striker Kevin Mirallas is ill-timed, but the power of fellow forward Romelu Lukaku should unsettle a home defence that was shredded by Liverpool last month. I also expect James McCarthy to buzz angrily about the Saints central midfield, which has been at the heart of Southampton's season. For me, Everton need it more in this clash. An away win will leave Arsenal sweating.
