Danny Buoyed By First Pro DealTeenage winger says Under-23s' title success has left him eager to step up.Teenager Danny Bramall says watching Everton lift the Premier League 2 crown last season has left him hungry to step up and experience Under-23s football next term. Bramall, 18, put pen-to-paper on his first professional contract on Tuesday, signing a one-year deal. And the winger, a regular for Kevin Sheedy’s Under-18s last season, is now keen to force his way into David Unsworth’s thinking. “As soon as I signed for Everton four or five years ago this was what I was working for - a pro deal,” the delighted youngster told evertonfc.com. “Now I’ve got it and signed it, it’s just a dream come true. “Last season, I was just trying to impress people as much as I could and, thankfully, I did enough. “My aim now is to get more goals, more assists and hopefully some starts for the Under-23s. “I saw what the Under-23s did last season and I want to be a part of that, in the middle of it all, because it looked brilliant to win it and I’d want to do the same. “It is a good Club to be at if you want to move up to the first team one day because you see lads getting great opportunities and also the coaches and staff let you express yourself and be yourself when you’re out on the pitch.” Bramall is not due back at Finch Farm until early July but says he is already focused on making a big impression in pre-season. “I’ve signed my first pro deal now but I think I’ll celebrate by jogging!” he added. “I need to get ready for pre-season because I’ve heard it’s really tough. “I need to crack on in pre-season and make an impression, so I need to be prepared and if it’s hard I need to put up with it and just keep going and going.”
