Stanley Mills is an attacking midfielder who joined Everton at the age of 14 having previously been at Leeds United.

A speedy and skilful dribbler with impressive ball-striking ability, Mills featured regularly for Everton Under-18s in 2020/21 and was on target in the Toffees' memorable 2-1 FA Youth Cup win at Chelsea.

Mills made his Everton Under-23s bow in the young Blues' penultimate game of the season and marked his debut with a superb goal in a 5-0 win at Southampton.

Mills' football idol is former England midfielder Frank Lampard.

His favourite pre-match meal is beans on toast and, away from football, he likes to listen to Drake, watch Harry Potter and play FIFA.

Mills is the son of former Manchester City, Leeds United and England defender Danny Mills, while his brother is a British indoor athletics champion at 1500m.

On 6th July 2021, Everton announced that Stanley had signed a 2 year professional contract with the club.

On 10th August 2022, his contract was extended until 2025.

On 27th July 2023, Everton announced that Mills had signed for Oxford United on a season-long loan.
