It'll look good when finally done but after seeing West Aaaamm, yesterday, we could really do with a new stadium quick time.

New pictures show Everton stadium revamp starting to take shapeThe makeover of the stadium started in May, but looks to be getting better by the dayNew pictures show that Goodison Park's face-lift is looking better and better as the project looks to be edging closer to completion. The revamp of the stadium was started in May and was originally due to be finished by the first home game of the 2016/17 season, but work is still on-going to improve the ground as we head towards the festive period. These new images show the blue-cladding on Goodison Road where the "Home of the Blues" sign once was now looking like it is almost finished - and already adorned with a club crest. The Main Stand is now also home to three large images of Everton legends Dixie Dean, Graeme Sharp and Joe Royle - with space for two more still to come on that side of the stadium. The blue cladding on the corner of the Main Stand and the Sir Philip Carter Park Stand also looks like it is close to being completed. Plans released in June showed huge banners erected on three sides of the stadium, striking new lights and modern cladding for the exterior of the ground. A new tower between the Park End and the Bullens Road stand is also already underway. Liv Echo
