Premier League side Everton have shown an interest in signing Leeds United forward Mallik Wilks, according to the Daily Mail.
The youngster is currently on loan with League 2 side Accrington Stanley, where his form has helped the club push into the top three in the table, approaching the halfway point of the season.
The 18-year-old Leeds man was sent to the Wham Stadium to continue his development and get some senior experience under his belt, and he has made a positive impact with the Lancashire outfit.
Wilks has featured on 20 occasions for John Coleman’s men bagging five goals from those opportunities, and his form has reportedly seen both Everton and West Bromwich Albion take notice of his qualities.
Wilks’ loan spell with Stanley ends on January 3, but it has not yet been decided whether the Leeds starlet will return to Elland Road or if he will have his stay extended.
The young forward has already made his senior debut for the Whites, having appeared for the first team in their surprise FA Cup defeat to Sutton United last season, and he is very highly thought of.

Mexican winger Hirving Lozano is absolutely on fire for PSV Eindhoven, who are dominating the Eredivisie this year. With ten goals and three assists in just over 1200 minutes, he clearly has life in Holland figured out after just arriving this year from CF Pachua.
Now, Mexican paper Super Deportivo de Leon has linked Lozano with a move to the Toffees.

Everton are joint favourites to sign Atletico Madrid striker Kevin Gameiro in the January transfer window, according the latest bookmakers’ odds.
BetVictor have the Toffees and La Liga side Valencia priced as 4/1 favourites to snap up Gameiro, 30, next month after the Mirror reported that a £20million price tag has been slapped on the France international’s head.
Newcastle (6/1) and Tottenham (6/1) are also in the running to snap up Gameiro next month, who could potentially find himself forced down the pecking order at Atletico Madrid once Diego Costa makes his way back to Spain when he eventually leaves Chelsea.

Can you see him leaving Spain for Everton after the success of Ramirez?
