Everton midfielders Ryan Ledson and Liam Walsh helped their respective loan clubs to victory in League Two this weekend. Ledson played the full game for Cambridge United as the U’s recorded a 3-1 away victory over Kevin Nolan’s Leyton Orient. Walsh, meanwhile, played 82 minutes as Yeovil Town moved three points clear of the relegation zone with a 3-2 win against AFC Wimbledon. In League One, David Henen was withdrawn on 76 minutes and could not prevent Fleetwood Town from slipping to a 2-1 defeat at Bradford City. The Cod Army currently lie one point and one place adrift from safety, but have games in hand on the five teams currently occupying the places directly above them in the table. Elsewhere, it was a free weekend for Luke Garbutt (Fulham) and Conor Grant (Doncaster Rovers), with neither involved in the FA Cup. Young goalkeeper Conor Hunt was involved, helping Colwyn Bay to a vital 3-2 away win over Stamford in a bottom-of-the-table clash in Northern Premier League Premier Division. New signing Shani Tarashaj, who is currently back on loan with Swiss outfit Grasshoppers to complete his national service, returns to competitive action next weekend as GCZ travel to BSC Young Boys.

I thought I'd have seen Henen train with the first team by now.
