Roberto Martinez has revealed Everton youngster Tyias Browning may be made to wait again for his England under-21 bow. The 21-year-old didn’t travel for the 1-1 Premier League draw at West Ham United after suffering a knee problem during a practice match in midweek. Browning, who has yet to be capped at U21 level for his country, has been called up for Gareth Southgate’s squad for the forthcoming matches against Bosnia on Thursday and against Switzerland at Brighton three days later. And Martinez said: “We had a warm-up game on Wednesday and he picked up an injury in his knee. “It is nothing serious but we’ll have to speak with England and manage that situation. “I don’t think he’ll be available for the next game, but he could be available for the game against Switzerland in Brighton.” Echo
