Trio In England Squad Leighton Baines, Phil Jagielka and Ross Barkley are all in the England squad for upcoming friendlies with Chile and Germany. Baines and Jagielka have become England squad regulars in recent years, while Barkley forced his way into the squad earlier this season after some impressive showings for Everton. The other news from the squad announcement was the inclusion of Southampton's Jay Rodriguez. John Stones is in the England Under-21 squad for European qualifiers against Finland and San Marino. Lallana is an interesting player in good form and Townsend has taken me by surprise as to how talented he is.
