The 17-year-old has only played two first team games and signed professional terms in February but is regarded as one of the best prospects outside of the Premier League. Aston Villa and Tottenham were also keen on the left-footed centre-half, who can also play at full-back. Foulds will be well suited at Everton, with the short journey to Merseyside enabling the player to continue his development without having to adapt to living further south.
