Everton have joined Fiorentina in the chase for Rubin Kazan midfielder Roman Eremenko.  According to Russian newspaper Izvestia, both clubs have been impressed by the 26-year-old and are weighing up January moves. Eremenko, who was born in Moscow but is a Finland international, arrived at Rubin in 2011 and has become one of the stars of the Russian top-flight. He is out of contract in the summer of 2015 and his club are aware his value will decrease as his deal runs down - and they may be forced to cash in. That has alerted Everton and Fiorentina, who reckon they could land him for as little as £5m in the New Year. Source: Talksport |
