You'd think Everton would be content with the free scoring Romelu Lukaku this season, but Roberto Martinez is looking to bolster his attack even more, with Marseille forward Jordan Ayew on his radar, the Mirror reports. Stoke are also in the market for the 22-year-old, who is apparently frustrated with the lack of first team opportunities on offer at Marseille. The French club may be willing to let Ayew leave on loan in the January window and the Ghanaian, who scored against Arsenal in the Champions League last month, is likely to push through a move as he looks to secure his place at next year's World Cup. The Mirror also links Arsenal with Genoa right-back Sime Vrsaljko. With Bacary Sagna in the final year of his contract at the Emirates, Arsene Wenger is looking for a replacement in case the Frenchman decides not to extend his contract. England international Carl Jenkinson is another option at right back for Wenger, but the Gunners boss is determined to have quality cover next season. Vrsaljko only joined Genoa in July but his early season form has attracted interest from Arsenal and Inter Milan. It appears likely that Sagna will move abroad to another European club or even the Middle East. Source: ESPN

Can you picture Ayew and Kone in a 4-4-2? They'd look like headlights.
