Everton stars helped the club show their support for Children in Need yesterday. Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku took a break from their preparations for Thursday’s Europa League game against Lille to join Children in Need mascot Pudsey for a kickabout at the club’s Finch Farm training complex. The visit from Pudsey was part of the build-up for this year’s fundraising event, which takes place next week. There was also an appearance from Everton’s own mascot, Changy. Everton striker Lukaku said: “It’s good that the club shows its support with a link-up to a charity like this. I think it’s very important, personally as well, so I’m very happy to participate in these things.” Children in Need 2014 airs on BBC One on Friday 14 November at 7pm.    Source: Echo |
