Everton handed Capital One Cup test at Swansea just days before first Merseyside derby of the season
Blues drawn away and Reds at home - while Scouser Karl Robinson's MK Dons will host Bradford after beating Manchester United

The Capital Cup third round draw has handed Everton a tricky trip to South Wales just days before the first Merseyside derby of the season.
The Blues were paired with 2013 winners Swansea City, while Liverpool have a home tie against Middlesbrough.
The third round matches are due to be played on September 23-24 – before the first Merseyside derby of the season at Anfield on the Saturday after.
Roberto Martinez’s side knocked the Welsh side out of the FA Cup with a 3-1 win at Goodison Park last season, but have yet to win the League Cup.
The Blues, though, have also won on all three of their visits to the Liberty Stadium since the Swans were promoted to the Premier League in 2012.
Liverpool have won the League Cup a record eight times and were last victorious when beating Cardiff City on penalties in the final at Wembley in 2012 when Kenny Dalglish was in charge.
The last time they took on Boro at Anfield was in August 2008 – and won 2-1 – prior to the North-Easterners’ relegation.
Boro have not won at Anfield in any competition since March 1976.
The last time the two clubs met in the League Cup, Liverpool won 2-0 at Anfield in 2004 and went all the way to the final only to be beaten in extra-time by Chelsea.
Middlesbrough did knock the Reds out of the League Cup in successive seasons in 1996-97 and in the semi-finals the following year.
Manchester United’s conquerors the MK Dons were handed a favourable draw in the third round of the Capital One Cup with a home tie against League Two Bradford.
Liverpool-born Karl Robinson’s League One side claimed a stunning 4-0 win over United on Tuesday night and will now face the surprise 2013 finalists who sealed a dramatic 2-1 victory against local rivals Leeds.
Defending champions Manchester City will also fancy their chances of advancing after being handed a home clash against Championship Sheffield Wednesday who beat top-flight Burnley 1-0 on Tuesday.
