Everton can confirm the Club has offered new contracts to captain Seamus Coleman, midfielder Tom Davies and goalkeeper Andy Lonergan.
Defender Yerry Mina and forward Andros Townsend will leave Everton when their current contracts expire at the end of this month, along with Asmir Begovic after the goalkeeper rejected a new deal offered by the Club.
As confirmed last month, the Blues have activated the option to extend midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure’s contract until the end of June 2024.
New contracts have also been offered to Ryan Astley and Lewis Gibson, while the Club has activated options to extend deals for Jack Barrett and Mackenzie Hunt until the end of June 2024.
Meanwhile, Einar Iversen will depart Everton when his current deal expires at the end of June, as will Isaac Price following the midfielder’s decision to turn down a new contract.
At Academy level, professional contracts have been offered to Owen Barker, Halid Djankpata, Isaac Heath, Edward Jones and Jack Tierney, with Shae Cahill, Troy Smikle-James, Charlie Wilson and Harry Wright leaving the Club when their current deals expire at the end of this month.
Sam Coughlan and Saja Manafa, who are both currently injured, have not been offered professional contracts but will stay at Everton to continue their rehabilitation.
Everton Director of Football, Kevin Thelwell, said: “Everyone at the Club wishes to thank all departing players for their contribution throughout their time at Everton.
“Many of them have developed through our Academy and given their all each time they’ve put on the royal blue shirt.
“We’re also grateful to our senior men's players who are moving on, including Yerry - whose passion and determination for Everton was evident by how highly he was thought of by our fans - to Andros and Asmir who were consummate professionals during their two years at the Club.
“We wish all of them the best with the next chapters in their careers.
“We have also offered new contracts to players and we will continue talking with them as we look to build a competitive squad for Sean Dyche and his staff for the new season.”

Everton and Ireland defender, Seamus Coleman, has signed a new deal with his club. The Donegal native has signed a new one-year contract until the end of June 2024.
Coleman signed for Everton from Sligo Rovers in January 2009 for £60,000 and has made 409 appearances since then. The 34-year-old is also the longest-serving player in the Premier League and is just three matches away from surpassing Tim Howard (354) as Everton's record appearances maker in the competition.
There had been speculation around the Ireland captain's future going into the 2023/2024 season because of a season-ending injury, but today that speculation around Coleman's future has ended.
Ireland's captain told evertonfc.com, "Everyone knows how much Everton means to me, which is why it is special to sign this new contract and continue to play for this great club. From the moment I joined more than 14 years ago, the support my family and I have had from our fans and everyone around the Club has been amazing, and I never take for granted just how fortunate I am to represent Everton. That has included the honor of wearing the captain's armband in recent years."
