Everton Football Club can confirm that Ronald Koeman has left the Club. Chairman Bill Kenwright, the Board of Directors and Major Shareholder Farhad Moshiri would all like to express their gratitude to Ronald for the service he has given to the Club over the past 16 months and for guiding the Club to seventh place in last season’s Premier League campaign. I guess that's that then.
Good luck to Ronald, and his staff, in their next adventure, and thanks for having a go.

Had to happen. Pity it never worked out. I hate losing managers, but the bottom line is he was doomed the day we sold Lukaku in my opinion.

Walsh shouldn't get away from being blamed as well. How he failed to find a striker to replace Lukaku is beyond me. Koeman never really had a style of play. I remember when he joined watching the pre season and wondering what style of play is he trying to incorporate? We really looked lost under him this season. Glad he's gone but the club need to know what they want out of a manager in terms of how Everton should play and 'getting' Everton.
