Burnley apparently interested , though both clubs are denying it. I think despite his personal problems, he has to move on, as being a fringe player isn't good for him. A few others I'd say the same about.

Newcastle are considering a move for Everton winger Aaron Lennon, sources have told ESPN FC.
Lennon could find first-team opportunities limited following the arrival of Theo Walcott from Arsenal and the return to fitness of Yannick Bolaise.
The former Tottenham and Leeds player has been in and out of the Everton side this season, making nine starts in the Premier League with six appearances off the bench.
Several Premier League clubs are monitoring Lennon's situation, and because he is out of contract this summer he could be available for a cut-price fee.

If he's out of contract soon why loan him out? We might as well sell him or use him unless we need to free up places.
