John Lundstram’s loan spell at Leyton Orient has been extended until the end of the season. The deal also includes the play-offs, in which Orient are already certain to participate. There are two matches of the league campaign to go, but the East London outfit are comfortably in the end of season shake-up for a place in the Championship. It means Lundstram could be involved in a second successive promotion push after helping Doncaster Rovers up to the second tier while on loan last term. Since arriving at Brisbane Road in March, the midfielder has made five appearances for Russell Slade’s side. Earlier this campaign, Lundstram made 14 outings on loan at Championship Yeovil Town, scoring two goals.
