Football returns to Goodson Park on Thursday night as Everton prepare to welcome Slovakian side Ruzomberok to Merseyside. As usual, there is plenty of activities going on around the ground ahead of the Europa League third qualifying round tie. Below is a guide to what’s going on and where ahead of kick-off. FAN ZONEKicking off at approximately 6pm, the Fan Zone is back for the 2017/18 campaign. Live music will be brought to you by Mac Bros, while Barry Horne is the first guest of the new season. Then there are the usual quizzes and competitions with your hosts Jennifer Jewell and Gavin Pettifor. There is also plenty of food and drink available. Please note that Chang has been replaced with Carling ahead of the new season. THE PEOPLE’S HUBThe café, located on Spellow Lane, opens at 5pm and is another great place for families to spend time before the game. Again there is food and drink available, with an offer on for both kids and adults – get a pizza, chicken burger, sandwich or hot dog plus chips and drink for £2 (kids) and £3.50 (adults). PITCHSIDEHead inside early to catch all the pre-match build-up, including the Toffee Lady and player warm-up! TICKET COLLECTIONEvertonians are encouraged to arrive early to Thursday night’s game, especially if they have tickets to collect. All tickets for the match have now been posted to supporters. Any supporters that have not received their tickets by Thursday should call the Everton Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878 prior to commencing their journey to the stadium. Those supporters who chose Print at Home are politely reminded to access their account and print their tickets prior to matchday. Season Ticket holders have been sent paper tickets for this fixture but will receive their 2017/18 season card in time for the opening Premier League fixture against Stoke City on Saturday 12 August. Supporters who signed up to the Auto Cup scheme who have not had their bank account debited are advised to contact the Fan Centre as soon as possible on 0151 556 1878. Everton FC

A good chance to knit the team together before the Premier Season starts. Interesting to see the side Koeman selects Everton have to make sure they don't concede any, and at least win the game. They've already played a competitive match and come down from a goal behind so they proved they can play and are not mugs.
