It might be a bigger game for them than us. They have to play 2 games before we play next, then after they play us, a week later they have the FA cup final, so I don't know what game to expect. Our saving grace may be that they need to win by at least two goals and their players may be thinking about the cup final. If Liverpool beat Boro they're qualified regardless of our score but Arsenal won't know until after the game, so it should be a good battle as long as Everton are up for it. If we let them beat us, to spite Liverpool, it will come back to haunt us so have to be professional. I wasn't confident, but I think Lukaku will try harder to score and we'll beat them now.

Thanks for explaining that tellmema; I went slightly astray there. I agree with your comment.

Valencia Starts For BluesForward comes in for Barkley for clash with Gunners. Enner Valencia has been handed a start for today’s clash at Arsenal – the only change from the Everton side which beat Watford last time out. The Ecuadorian, who made an impressive impact against the Hornets after coming on as a second-half substitute, comes in for Ross Barkley. Valenica joins Kevin Mirallas and Romelu Lukaku in the Blues’ forward line, in front of a midfield three of Tom Davies, Morgan Schneiderlin and Idrissa Gana Gueye. With Maarten Stekelenburg still ruled out with a groin injury, Joel Robles keeps in place in goal, while there are places on the bench for Matthew Pennington and Joe Williams. On his team selection, boss Ronald Koeman said: "I think we need more pace in front. We know Arsenal will have maybe a lot of ball possession and I think one of the weaknesses is if you win the ball, if you play with good pressing, you can beat them because you will get space. Then you also need running strikers like Enner is more than Ross. "We know it’s a difficult place to come but, okay, it’s all about the intensity and what we need to put into the game and then every result is possible.” Everton FC
