Andy Spence - Former Head Coach

Andy had been assistant coach of Everton Ladies since 2004 before becoming maManager in 2012.

He helped the club to the FA Cup in 2010 and the League Cup in 2008.

Spence resigned in June 2015 to take up a roll as Director of the Everton Centre of Excellence before returning as manager in December of the same year.

"These months away from first-team duties have given me a really big opportunity to reflect on what I've done previously and, most importantly, what I'd like to do going forward," Spence told the club website.

"It's given me a real enthusiasm and hunger to come back in and do things slightly differently."

On 7th November 2018, Everton announced he had left his role, and goalkeeping coach Jennifer Herst would take temporary charge.
