There's far too much booing at Goodison these days. You could understand it if we were in the relegation zone but we're 8th and although we're not exactly firing on all cylinders we've a new manager who needs time to get us playing in a way he thinks is the best way. I don't agree with him on lots of things, but at least let's give him a full season before judging him.

No I think ambition is good, and it's built on solid foundations rather than sand. Whilst our last 2 seasons have been mediocre at best, we've still finished mid table, but not that long ago we were 5th, and a succession of 5/6/7 under Moyes. It's not unreasonable then to hope that with a host of quality internationals in your side, a top-rated manager, and new investment that we can't do better than this. Yesterday was better but still not good, although there were clear signs of improvement in the last 20 mins. You can't be that good in the last 20 and poor in the first 70 and expect to win, but the issue is why don't we play to our full potential for 90 mins at least 1 game in 1? We haven't done it at all this season if you ask me. You contradict yourself slightly in that you say ambition is good, but then seem content about midtable and 5th 6th or 7th. To me, ambition is winning the league and the very least getting in Champions league. Everton should finish no lower than 7th this season as from what I've seen of the league it's maybe the worst I've seen it in living memory as far as the strength of opposition. The Premier League is becoming *****, and it's all because of money. When you consider we're still 8th despite our form it shows how bad the others are.

We think we are better than we are. It is still Martinez's team in the main. It's gonna take time and patience needs to be had.

Coleman Baines Jagielka Barkley Oviedo Mirallas Mori Cleverley McCarthy Lennon Lukaku Deulofeu Barry Stek Williams Gueye Bolasie Valencia It's a mix of all 3 managers really, especially when you look at the eleven that mostly play. Koeman has to find players that will play his way, and that might mean getting shut of the majority of them.
