Everton duo Michael Keane and Jordan Pickford are in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for next month’s Nations League matches in Iceland and Denmark.
Centre-back Keane is recalled by manager Southgate after a succession of excellent performances when the 2019/20 Premier League season resumed in June following the coronavirus shutdown.
He has 10 England caps following a debut in March 2017 and most recently played for his country against Czech Republic in October last year.
Keane, 27, has become a mainstay of Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton defence and played every minute of his side’s final 11 games last term.
Pickford was part of the England team which reached the 2019 Nations League semi-finals and will be bidding to add to his 24 caps in September’s Scandinavian double header.
The 26-year-old has claimed his entire senior international honours haul since joining Everton from boyhood club Sunderland in summer 2017.
Pickford has been a Premier League ever present in the past three seasons, with Keane, who joined Everton 18 days after the goalkeeper, making 94 top-flight appearances for the Club.
England kick off their Nations League campaign against Iceland in Reykjavic on Saturday 5 September.
Southgate’s team then travel to Copenhagen to play Denmark three days later on Tuesday 8 September.

Calvert-Lewin named in England squad.
England manager Gareth Southgate has named a squad of 30 players for October's games against Wales, Belgium and Denmark.
The Three Lions are back in action following last month's UEFA Nations League openers against Iceland and Denmark, with a triple-header of games as opposed to the usual two matches in an international window.
And Southgate has opted for a larger than usual squad to help cope with the extra game, with first senior call-ups for Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Arsenal defender Bukayo Saka and Leicester City midfielder Harvey Barnes.
There's also a return to the squad for defenders Ben Chilwell and Harry Maguire and midfielder Jordan Henderson, who missed last month's games.
All three matches will be at Wembley Stadium, where England will be looking to take home advantage when they welcome neighbours Wales first on Thursday 8 October before the Nations League campaign resumes on Sunday 11 October with the visit of Belgium.
The week will be rounded off with the return fixture against Denmark on Wednesday 14 October, following on from the draw in Copenhagen last month.

Tom Davies netted a fine long-range goal but saw England Under-21s held in a topsy-turvy Euro qualifier in Andorra on Wednesday.
New Everton signing Ben Godfrey was an unused substitute as the young Lions twice led but had to settle for a 3-3 draw at the Estadi Nacional d'Andorra.
Davies struck from the edge of the box on the stroke of half-time to send England in level after Ricard Fernandez had given his side a 28th-minute lead.
It was Davies' second goal at Under-21 level, his previous strike having come against the same opponents in qualifying for the 2019 tournament.
Brentford's Josh Dasilva marked his first start for Aidy Boothroyd's side by putting England ahead on 69 minutes, only for Fernandez to strike again.
Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah looked to have won it when he equalled Francis Jeffers and Alan Shearer's record of 13 England Under-21 goals with eight minutes remaining.
However, Christian Garcia netted in injury time to earn a surprise point for the hosts.
England remain unbeaten at the top of Group Three, having won all six of their previous qualifiers for next summer's tournament in Hungary and Slovenia.
