Departing Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey is to join Norwich City.
It was announced last week that, with Wolves having been taken over by the Fosun Group, Jez had decided to leave his position at Molineux after 16 years as CEO.
Jez is currently involved in the transitional process at Wolves after which he will take up his position at Carrow Road.
Canaries chairman Ed Balls said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming Jez on board.
“Jez, with his wealth of football experience and business acumen, was the stand-out candidate from an extremely strong shortlist.
“He is a very astute and highly-regarded operator within the game and has all the attributes and skills needed to embrace the immediate challenge of helping us to get back to the Premier League as a successful and vibrant club, on and off the pitch.”
