Last month, claims from Italy which stated West Ham and Everton are among the clubs chasing AS Roma’s Tammy Abraham. On Tuesday, Sportitalia journalist Gianluigi Longari said the Toffees have made contact to sign the striker this summer.
Sky Italia brings the latest on West Ham and Everton, and the updates come from Italian journalist Marco Demicheli, relayed by Radio Rossonera.
The 26-year-old is unlikely to have a future at the Serie A side, who are now focusing on signing Girona star Artem Dovbyk.
On June 18th, Corriere della Sera reported the former Chelsea man would gladly return to the Premier League. It was also stated the Giallorossi have set a €30m asking price for him. According to Demicheli, West Ham and Everton have made bids to sign the player. Despite earlier claims that he’s open to a move back to England, the journalist says the frontman’s current preference is to join Milan, which is why he hasn’t entertained West Ham and Everton approaches.
