ONE TO WATCH - Salomon Rondon
West Bromwich Albion spent a club record £12million fee on Salomon Rondon, bringing the striker to England from Russian outfit Zenit St Petersburg.
Quick but physical, Rondon has scored over 100 career goal, despite still only being 25 years old.
He began his career playing for Aragua FC in the Venezuelan Primera Division aged only 17 where he scored 15 goals in 49 games before signing for Spanish side UD Las Palmas on a free transfer in the summer of 2008.
The 6’2’’ striker also spent time at Malaga and Russian said Rubin Kazan before moving to Zenit in January 2014, where his goals helped them win the Russian Premier League in 2014/15.
