I guess it will be the club from any offerings the company produce. It's just a bit sad that it will all be made to look like the fans chose it when really it will be a plan B badge. We might as well see what they come up with, but there are better artists among the fan base that could have designed something had the club said design us a badge with this and that in it. Based on what? Do McDonalds ask their customers to design their logo? No they get experts Pr and Graphic designers in like they should. The club have give far too much in my opinion already All roads will lead down one alley HB and at the end of that alley will be the crest the club want to use. Anybody can get a customer number just by registering their info at e-ticketing, so the database will no doubt do very well out of all this. I'd have been ok with the badge we had for a while to see if it grew on us.

End of the day what does a fan know about what works and what doesnt work in the commercial market and branding? I happen to think the one we have now is really good and bold

I happen to think the one we have now is really good and bold I'm sure plenty of fans work in the marketing sector, but that's not the point. For me, the point is that the petition didn't truly reflect the unbiased and uninfluenced opinion of our fans. It was bandwagoned and encouraged, and had no proven integrity. Look on many forums and those who looked to support the new crest were quickly ridiculed and made to feel in a minority by faceless folk online that clearly had an interest in disrupting any settling in period. That's why I'll never allow any bullying or political recruiting on here from certain members of the fan base.

Totally agree with you mate. Its well known that certain parties got on board this because they seen it as an opportunity to have a go at the club
