Spot on from Greg o'keefe I don't think Barkley was 'that good' to be honest. For starters, he hit the post twice, instead of scoring. That might sound harsh, but consider the fact he made a real pigs ear of the first opportunity, and really should have scored, but he ran out far too wide. Yes, he was unlucky with the second shot, but not much else to shout about. Our fullbacks were lacklustre going forward, and our whole defence calamitous. My only consolation is that Romelu Lukaku is emerging as a leader for the team, and should be captain in my eyes. |
