Everton FC youngster Ben McLaughlin sent on loanTeenager heading for Conference side AFC Telford UnitedEverton FC teenager Ben McLaughlin is heading out on loan for a month. The 19-year-old has joined Conference strugglers AFC Telford United. McLaughlin could make his debut for the Bucks in Saturday’s FA Trophy tie with AFC Fylde. McLaughlin signed for the Blues from League of Ireland Premier Division side Dundalk in 2012 from and signed a three-year deal. He was a first-team regular at Dundalk but has yet to make his debut for the Blues, having featured in the U21 squad. By Phil Kirkbride / Echo

Youth team football is pointless as it seems that most youth players just go out on loan.

Youth team football is pointless as it seems that most youth players just go out on loan. The only way they'll get games and experience is to get loaned out it's no good playing in an empty field every week if you want to make it to pro
