I wonder how many will be playing their last game at Goodison for Everton in this?

Without wishing to spoil the historical facts segment; this was supposed to be the closing home fixture of the 2020-21 season, before the Wolves home game was rescheduled for the final midweek slot.
THAT Blades fixture would've been played in glorious Mersey afternoon sunshine - on a day Everton had to overturn a huge goal differential over West Ham & Tottenham. That was, of course, a response to COVID-related viewer broadcasting, resulting in a 7:30pm kick-off - in the rain. An early concession and the game was lost before it had even started. And at that, Sheffield United were already relegated AND bottom of the Premier League.
A following 1-0 win over Wolves did set up some sort of season climax at Man City. But that day belonged to Sergio Aguero.
My apologies for the excuses.
All the more reason why we could really do with those three points this weekend - and some more at Arsenal.

I actually hope we beat Sheffield, but lose to Arsenal, if it means Arteta winning the league. I'm bored with Man City every year.
