The Premier League have confirmed Nottingham Forest have been hit with a points deduction for breaking financial regulations. The Reds were charged with breaching the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR) in January. They faced an independent commission on March 7 and 8 as they began their defence against that charge, and the verdict of that hearing has now been delivered Forest have been docked four points. It means they drop to 18th in the table with nine games remaining, having drawn 1-1 with Luton Town on Saturday in their final match before the international break. How do they get 4 when we were given 10? Now they'll appeal, same as us. No consistency is there. It is a complete shambles. Maybe Forest have already agreed to the 4pts? But there again if we could actually win a game or two it wouldn't really matter at the end of the day

Just look at City's bench to know all you need to know about the laws of the league.
