Alex Iwobi’s game by numbers vs Nottingham Forest: 100% tackles won 79% pass accuracy 68 touches 5/6 ground duels won 4 key passes 2/3 successful dribbles 17 recoveries recorded by Iwobi today in that role. 17!!!! It was the highest in the game. Also created the most chances in the game (4).

Where do you see his position further down the line?

It was the highest in the game. Also created the most chances in the game (4). He needs to start scoring a few though, but I think he's playing well on the whole. Where do you see his position further down the line? I think he would be better in a midfield 3 with a sitting defensive midfielder in front of the back 4. That would free him up more in an attacking sense. At the moment I think his attacking abilty is a bit stifled due to the need to perform defensively so much.
