2020 General Meeting Thursday 14 January 2021 at 6pm.

Everton Football Club has announced its 2020 General Meeting will be held online on Thursday 14 January 2021 at 6pm.

The General Meeting will be held in a virtual format for the first time due to the ongoing restrictions relating to the coronavirus pandemic and to enable as many shareholders as possible to take part.

The decision to hold a virtual General Meeting was taken in consultation with the Everton Shareholders’ Association.

Shareholders will be given clear guidance on how to register to attend the meeting – and how to nominate proxies - via communication from the Club in the coming days. That same communication will provide details of how shareholders can submit questions in advance of the General Meeting.

It is expected that the Club’s Annual Report including its Statement of Accounts for 2019/20 will be uploaded to evertonfc.com in the next four weeks.
