do we need more center backs? Jags is old and looking past it. Williams isn't getting any younger. It just leaves us with Holgate, who's learning the game, and Mori, who's still a bit wobbly. We need someone for the future and Keane looks really good this season.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche warns Everton off transfer target Michael Keane“We’re a club who are looking to add players who we think can take it forward, not get rid of them."Burnley boss Sean Dyche says the Clarets are not about to sell Everton transfer target Michael Keane. Keane has emerged as a prime Blues target, with Ronald Koeman confirming his interest in the defender on Monday. But Dyche insists that he is not about to offload the highly-rated centre back at this stage, with Burnley desperate to keep the 24-year-old at Turf Moor. He said: “We’re a club who are looking to add players who we think can take it forward, not get rid of them. "It’s that balance between people looking at your players and wondering where they will go, and the respect that shows people are taking Burnley seriously. “That’s the club, the team, the individuals – they’re taking us seriously and noticing that we’ve got some really good players.” Koeman said on Monday that Keane was a target for the Blues, whether in this window or the summer. "He’s on our list but he’s on lots of teams' lists," the Dutchman said. "It's what we need for next season and the future. "If we sign a player it's that player who brings what we don't have. If it's not possible today or tomorrow we will wait until the summer when it's easier than in January." Liv Echo
