Ancelotti On Everton's Ambitions Carlo Ancelotti is asked about his first impressions of the Club.
"I found the passion of the supporters and one of the most fantastic training facilities I have seen - there are a lot of conditions that have allowed me to say we can have a big ambition.
"But we have to stay together. The connection between the fans and the players is important and we need to improve that with quality football.
"It is very important that Goodison Park is our house, our home, where our players can show their best quality and it can be a difficult place for opponents to play."
